Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce is made from a variety of spices and is rich in flavor. It is suitable for dipping, stir-frying and grilling; it can also be used as a marinade for roast duck or as a side dish for Peking duck.
Ingredients:
Sugar, water, fermented soybeans (water, salt, soy beans, wheat flour), salt, sweet potato starch, colours (E150a, E129), modified corn starch, sesame paste, dehydrated garlic, spices, salted chili peppers, acidulant (E260). Contains soy beans, wheat, naturally occurring sulphite.
