Lee Kum Kee Drunken Chicken Sauce is made with a selection of Shaoxing rice wine, Huadiao, and a variety of Chinese spices. It is prepared according to traditional recipes and has a rich wine aroma and authentic Shanghai flavor. It is easy to use and is best used to cook Chinese delicacies such as drunken chicken or drunken shrimp.
