Lee Kum Kee's marinade is made from a variety of carefully selected spices and non-GMO soy extract. It has a unique flavor and is easy to use. Simply add the marinade to water and bring it to a boil, and you can cook marinated chicken, goose or other dishes.
Marinated platter
Add one part Lee Kum Kee marinade to two parts water, bring to a boil, add ingredients such as boiled eggs, chicken wings, fried tofu, etc. The broth must cover the ingredients, cook over medium heat until the ingredients are cooked, then switch to low heat and simmer for a while until the flavors are absorbed. Remove from the heat, drain and serve.
